The "Apartments Mini Suites Al Giardino" of Venice are classify as "Furnished units to tourist use" in the within of the "hotel’s extra structures" presents in the Province of Venice.
The Italian Tourism Law and several other Regional Laws regulate these activities; in our case the specific laws of the Veneto Region.
The "Apartments Mini Suites Al Giardino", coherently with the enforced norms, offers the service of lodging in furnished apartments, equipped with independent bathroom and kitchen.
To use such a service in Italy, in agreement with the Italian Civil Laws, the Regulations of the IAH (International Association of Hotel) and of the FIAVET (International Federation of Travel Agents), a reservation is considered valid with the advance payment of a deposit (caparra confirmatoria).
The payment of the deposit (caparra confirmatoria) can be made in one of the following ways:
- with the payment of the amount of the first night payable with credit card;
- with the payment of 50% of the total amount with a postal order.
Cancellation Policy
Under the Italian Civil Laws, the Regulations of the IAH (International Hotel Association) and of the FIAVET (International Federation of Travel Agents), cancellations will be accepted without charge if communicated via email or fax to the “Apartments Mini Suites Al Giardino" at least 15 days prior to your arrival date during low season, and 30 days prior to arrival date in high season.
If one fails to comply with these regulations the whole amount of the stay will be charged.
